Greg left yesterday morning for a 2 week trip to Cambodia for work. He works for a non profit company called Digital Divide Data (DDD). Digital Divide Data powers the data entry, XML conversion and digital preservation needs of publishers, libraries, content hosts, academic researchers and businesses world-wide.
DDD creates jobs for talented youth in developing countries by delivering high-quality content business process outsourcing services to clients globally. This business empowers the staff with the skills and experience they need to lift themselves out of poverty. When their business grows, so does their impact.
I am looking forward to hearing all about Greg's travels and experiences, and I will definitely share some of his photos if he remembers to use his camera). For now, here are some intriguing photos of Cambodia and Laos.
